API Message Guide

Agent API

Through the agent API, an agent logs in on to the system, makes ad-hoc calls or goes ACD available to receive calls and perform first-party interactions with the call (transfers, end call, recording/ message playback).

To find specific API messages, use either:

• the Contents panel to the left
• the Search facility top right
