This section details important configuration and integration advice that must be followed to ensure successful deployment of Softdial Contact Center™ (SCC).

It may also be used as a checklist of issues that must be considered when preparing a proposal for a new Sytel installation or an upgrade to an existing Sytel installation.

The document specifically relates to issues arising with Sytel products. Where 3rd party products are integrated with Sytel products the issues discussed must be considered in this context and integrators must ensure that the integrated solution adequately takes account of the points raised.
