Softdial License Viewer displays details of your current license for each of the chargeable facilities within Softdial Contact Center™ (SCC). It also displays the 12-digit serial number required by Sytel to produce license updates.
To access the License Viewer:
- On the server with Softdial CallGem™ installed, right click on the Softdial Control Center tray icon
, and select View License Information. The Softdial License Viewer window opens (similar to Fig. 1).
