User Types

SCC provides accounting for 4 different types of user:

1. Predictive/ blended
2. Other ACD users - those logging on to other ACD-type campaigns
   ACD-type campaigns

   These are:

   • Progressive
   • Preview
   • Manual Outbound (SSMD)
   • Inbound ACD
   • Inbound On-hook ACD

3. PBX users - those who only log on to the system campaign for the purpose of using SCC as a PBX
