Renaming a Campaign

From V10.6.847 - the legacy Softdial Campaign ManagerWindows client is no longer available, via install or download. For guidance, see Windows Client details below.

A campaign can only be renamed if

  1. it is in a stopped state, and
  2. its parameters are not being edited

It is important to ensure that the name you select enables easy identification of the particulars of the campaign in question. This name will also be used in any reports generated by either the Campaign Status Viewer or Softdial Reporter™.

To rename a campaign:

  1. Select the campaign to be renamed from the list
  2. Click Rename button.

    A popup will request the new campaign name (Fig. 1)

  3. Enter a new campaign name and / or template name
  4. Click OK
