Adjust Wrap
From V10.6.366 - normally used to allow the agent to extend the pre-configured maximum wrap time.
Inputs
| 1. | Maximum Wrap Time | (Mandatory) | The new maximum Wrap Time to be applied |
| 2. | Maximum Wrap Outcome | (Optional) | The outcome to be used for this call if the new Maximum Wrap time is exceeded |
| 3. | Maximum Wrap Data | (Optional) | The data to be associated with this call if the Maximum Wrap time is exceeded |
