Softdial Scripter™ - Step Library
Play File
Used to play a sound file that has a fully qualified file name.
The difference between this step and the Play Recording step is that the sound file to be played does not have to be assigned a Symbolic Name in the Namespace. Otherwise these steps are identical.

Playback Timeout

(Optional) |
The number of seconds after which the playback is timed out. Defaults to 60 seconds |

The recording could not be played. This may be due to a missing recording, an error in the path or a telephony error |

The recording was successfully played |

Call Ended
|
The call was dropped before the playback could be completed |
