Conference
Makes a 3 party conference with the agent, customer and a 3rd party (which may be an agent, an external party or a member of a queue). Either the Second Agent, Extension or Huntgroup Address should be specified.
Inputs
| 1. | Second Agent | (Optional) | The destination agent ID |
| 2. | Extension | (Optional) | The destination extension |
| 3. | Huntgroup Address | (Optional) | The destination queue address |
| 4. | Ring Timeout | (Optional) | The number of seconds after which the call will return Failed if not successful. Defaults to 15 secs if not specified |
| 5. | External Address | (Optional) | The number of the 3rd party |

Outcomes
| 1. | Drop | The call was dropped before the transfer was completed or there was a telephony error |
| 2. | No Transfer | The call was not transferred |
| 3. | Conference | The call was successfully transferred to the selected destination address and is now conferenced |
