Alert Monitor Step

Sends a message to the Alert Monitor application when an alertable event occurs.

Inputs

1.	Message	(Mandatory)	The alert message to present
2.	Facility	(Optional)	The module that caused the alert. If left blank, this defaults to "Scripter"
3.	Severity	(Mandatory)	The severity of the event: 1. Notification 2. Warning 3. Error 4. Fatal Error
