Softdial Web Client Architecture

The Softdial Web Client Architecture allows the Softdial server-based applications to be accessed via a browser.

Fig. 1 gives a top level view of the web enabled Softdial Contact Center™ Architecture (V10.3+).

The key component of this architecture is the HttpSDMPBridge (HSBridge) which provides a managed web enabled interface to Softdial CallGem™.
