| Explanation |
CallGem sends back error message 30 to the host telling it that the Agent
Identifier is missing from the message sent to it by the host (asking CallGem
to log Tom
into the CustCare campaign). The faulty message is sent back in full, in inverted
commas, after the FM identifier, and no other action is taken.

The Error Report [ER] message appears in every interface in Softdial Contact
Center:
They are, in fact, the same message. They appear separately so that integrators
will not overlook the fact that support for this message is mandatory no matter
what the
scope of their implementation.
