Explanation | CallGem sends back External Management Error 803 to the host telling it that the Transaction Identifier (TX) parameter is missing. The faulty message is sent back in full, in inverted commas, after the FM identifier, and no other action taken. |

The Error Report [ER] message appears in every interface in Softdial Contact Center:
They are, in fact, the same message. They appear separately so that integrators will not overlook the fact that support for this message is mandatory no matter what the scope of their implementation. |
