Softdial Reporter™ 2

Introduced with Softdial Contact Center™ V10.1 is a new XML based reporting architecture comprising 2 components:

• Softdial Reporter™ 2 - a front end reporting client providing comprehensive real time and historical call center performance statistics within a simple, user configurable layout controller
• Softdial Publisher - the data manipulation and delivery engine

This replaces both the original Microsoft Access® based Softdial Reporter™ (Reporter 1) and Campaign Status Viewer.

Softdial Reporter™ 2 and Softdial Publisher utilise several 3rd party enabling technologies:

• Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5
• Java Runtime Environment
• Infragistics NetAdvantage Charting Tools (Installed with Softdial Reporter™ 2)
• SQL Database (required for historical reports)

Using the latest versions of these industry standard technologies, Softdial Reporter™ 2 delivers a highly responsive and configurable graphical user interface which includes detachable views, multi-monitor support and charting capability.
