Installation of V10 Softdial Contact Center™ has a number of changes from previous versions. One of the key differences as far as installation is concerned is the introduction of Multi-Tenancy. This means that you can run multiple virtual tenant instances of Softdial Campaign Manager™ server, Softdial Reporter™ server and Call Recording server on the same physical Softdial server. These tenant instances can be configured during installation or after installation using the tenant provisioning tool which can be found in the C:\Softdial\Tools folder.
From V10.2 - now allows dynamic provisioning and configuration of tenants and tenant services.
Softdial Contact Center™ Version 10 is now natively multi-tenant but users who do not have any requirement for multi-tenancy initially can install the V10 software to run in simulated single tenant mode.
