Sytel customers may opt to pay for actual usage (pay-as-you-go, pay-on-demand) rather than a fixed number of agents. For such customers, 2 methods for tracking usage are offered:

The method used is determined by your license agreement.
Accounting is achieved by Softdial CallGem™ sending usage notification emails to Sytel, containing a summary for both methods.
The sending of notification emails for usage licensing is mandatory. If you do not do this, Sytel cannot update your license, or warn you to reorder.
