Softdial Reporter™ Web utilises the latest 'NoSQL' database technology (MongoDB) to deliver high speed real-time and historical contact center reports over the web (Fig. 1).
The initial release of Reporter Web delivers the functionality currently provided by Reporter 2 in a web enabled form.
As with Reporter 2, a range of pre-defined report formats are available - see Report Definitions. A subsequent release will add user-defined report functionality.
The Reporter Web architecture provides improvements to resilience, scalability and data security. In the event of network or service failure, call data that has not been saved to the Mongo database will be automatically recovered.

For optimum performance and stability, we recommend running the Reporter Web client on the Google Chrome™ browser.
If using Internet Explorer™, you may need to configure the Web Reporter Server IP address as a trusted site, and set the security settings for trusted sites to medium-low. This is a specific issue when using the report download feature.
To access the Reporter Web Client, the user must first log in to SCC. See Accessing Client Applications.
On successful login, a page similar to the following appears.

Click on Reporter.
Reporter Web is installed with the main installer (if selected). However, the MongoDB must be installed with the separate Mongo installer.
