Softdial Contact Center™ (SCC) client applications are available via the installed SCC web server, either for display in a web browser, or for download and execution.

The three squares to the right of the Navigator button (see Fig. 5) are status indicators, described below. The colour of these indicators changes according to the status. Hovering the mouse over each of these squares will display additional information to aid fault diagnosis.
The indicator on the left is the Network Activity indicator, reporting web request activity. Hovering over the square brings up a tooltip (Fig. 6) showing
