The following SDMP messages provide management control of call routing in Softdial CallGem™.

Update Incoming Call Route [UI] | This message has the same parameters as Add Incoming Call Route [AI], and updates the incoming call route table |
Update Outcomes [UO] | Sent by the control application to CallGem to update an incoming call route |
External Router Decision [XR] | From V10.6.769 - Notifies CallGem that an application has screened an outbound call and may modify the CLI and Telephone number to dial. See External Routing. |
